All Saints Church
We are a voluntary aided school and we are linked to both All Saints Church in Hesketh Bank and to the Diocese of Blackburn. We are proud of our church connections and feel the school plays a critical role in bringing the message of the Christian gospel to the local area of Hesketh Bank and beyond.
At the heart of this success is the 'Christ-centred' community we provide in our school. Links between the school, church and wider community are given organic expression through both our Link Group and the Friends of the School. We work hard together to provide the very best for all our pupils and families. The minister at the church plays an important role in supporting our school, by leading school worship and providing a pastoral oversight. Several times a year we attend All Saints Church for services and in addition the children support the community through carol singing and raising money and resources for local charities.
We aim to maintain and enhance the historical role that exists between school, church and the wider community in and around Hesketh Bank.
