Poetry workshop - Wordguerrilla
Today David Bowden, Word Guerilla visited Year 4 in class for a very special poetry workshop. He taught us to love poetry and how to write our own poems. First we created a plan for our poems using picture and after that we started to write our own poems based on a poem from Happy poems selected by Rodger Mcgough. We focused on the poem-The Feeling of Having a Good Day by Joanne Limburg. Word Guerilla with a mixture of rap and music started to put our poems to music.
